A scholarly approach is inherent to my practice. Whether I am using scholarly work and collecting evidence to inform the development and enhancement of educational development and leadership initiatives, or collaborating with colleagues to create and disseminate knowledge related to educational development, teaching, and learning, this tenant grounds my work.
My current scholarly interests are focussed on educational leadership, well-being in higher education, the scholarship and practice of educational development, and the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL).
